    Coaching helps with motivation and empowerment- two necessary factors for enhanced performance. Coaching also supports alignment as strategic plans are executed. We offer 1:1 coaching and group coaching. Our 1:1 coachees benefit from a series of sessions that run concurrent with their strategic plans. Group coachees reap the benefits of collaboration, solving problems of practice, along with knowledge & resource sharing.

    With over 20 years of talent acquisition experience working for large educational institutions, small non-profits, and growing tech companies, the founders of TalentVetta identified universal trends that limit the impact of talent teams: piecemeal onboarding focused on immediate need rather than building strong foundations, a lack of systems and structures to ensure talent practices run seamlessly year-round, and a gap in manager capacity to effectively hold each member of their talent team accountable.

     

    Vetta is Italian for summit. To reach a summit, you must first understand the path to get there, perfect essential skills that make your journey possible, and ensure you have resources set-up along the way. TalentVetta applies this approach to develop talent teams across industries and expand their long-term impact.
